All Are Forgiven

The roadside is littered with parts gone unused
Some from neglect, others from abuse
Not made like they used to so look over shore
All are for given in the eyes of the Lord

In the time that it takes the beast to warm up
I could have already walked home
But I like to drive an American ride
Toe the line and fill the payload
Gas propelled down the wide open road

All are forgiven in the eyes of the Lord
Cadillacs, Pontiacs, Lincolns and Fords
We all go to heaven through suicide doors
But all are forgiven in the eyes of the Lord

If the wheels all drop off, if the handles are busted, if it shakes while it rattles and rolls
Well I, for one, will stick by my guns like the team in the movie Gung Ho
Blind love to the company store

All are forgiven in the eyes of the Lord
Cadillacs, Pontiacs, Lincolns and Fords
We all go to heaven through suicide doors
But all are forgiven in the eyes of the Lord
