We’re all very happy to announce Drunken Prayer has been picked up by DIAL BACK SOUND for US tour booking. Better still, these are my friends Matt Patton (Drive By Truckers) and Bronson Tew (Jimbo Mathus). Not only are they charming, talented, witty and handsome, we share the same fun-loving spite for the music industry. And, lucky me, these hotshots will also be the Drunken Prayer rhythm section for the March tour.
These brothers in arms run their recording studio / record label / agency out of Water Valley, MS, just a short drive south of Oxford. That means this year I’ll be touring a little closer to home with a gravitational pull toward North Mississippi.
